With more than 30 years expertise within the Hospitality and Club industry, John Hall continues to ensure the Pine Canyon club dining experience is an equal enhancement to community’s unique forest setting.
John has managed both Food & Beverage (F&B) as well as Guest Services programs for renown hospitality entities such as Marriott Resorts and private clubs on both the east and west coasts. He has worked within such noted organizations as Trump Plaza Hotel & Casino and The Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, as well as club entities including Seaview Golf Club and Wild Horse Pass.
He previously served as Pine Canyon club Dining Room Manager since 2016. John’s extensive F&B background allows him to collaborate seamlessly with all aspects of Pine Canyon club operations teams – from Member golf and lifestyle events, to private parties and gatherings, to signature club menu-dining offerings.
John is a self-proclaimed ‘foodie’ and enjoys trying all new menu concepts. He loves spending time with and spoiling his three grandchildren – introducing them to all the Flagstaff outdoor adventures.
