If you haven’t noticed, we’ve been treated to warmer weather lately. The kind that makes you want to open your windows and slide the arcadia door to the side. The kind that makes you daydream of ditching your indoor duties in favor of carefree outdoor adventure.
That’s why we feel like it’s the perfect time to introduce Coconino Ridge, Pine Canyon’s newest neighborhood nestled against the Coconino National Forest and overlooking picturesque hiking trails. To capture the setting, and invite the outdoors in, the homes at Coconino Ridge will feature oversized windows designed to maximize natural lighting and provide views of the nearby San Francisco Peaks.
Coconino Ridge, moderately secluded to the north and east of the first and second holes at Pine Canyon’s Jay Morrish-designed championship golf course, features 32 homesites between one-third and two-thirds acres. The homes are designed by Wyoming-based CLB Architects and Bing Hu, an accomplished Scottsdale, Arizona-based architect, and they range in size from 2,660 to 4,000 square feet.
Incorporating a mountain contemporary aesthetic, the luxury homes will showcase rustic features, with natural accents of steel, stone and wood. Flexible floor plans offer options for guest suites, a three-stall garage, a fourth bedroom or a third-floor loft. Other options include a walkout basement, over-garage living quarters, and a master-suite fireplace.
We are taking reservations now, securing homesites with a fully-refundable $5,000 deposit. A model is expected to be complete by late summer — which gives you just a little bit more time to daydream.
Our sales team is happy to answer any questions you may have about Coconino Ridge.
