If you need a visual reminder that the housing market rebound is in full swing, just take a tour of Pine Canyon. The sound of construction activity rings through the community like background music at a cocktail party, providing pleasant confirmation to homeowners and company executives that the communities are springing back to life after a long drought.

“It’s an exciting time to be a part of Pine Canyon,” said Peter Burger, Symmetry Companies president. “There is an immense amount of untapped potential – which these new neighborhoods and residential products are helping us fulfill. We’re really raising the bar in terms of private luxury housing and resort-inspired amenities in northern Arizona.”

Here’s an overview of what’s in the pipeline.

Coconino Ridge

Pine Canyon expects to begin taking reservations this winter for Coconino Ridge, a pocket of 32 single-family cabins that will emphasize the synergy of indoor-outdoor living. Designed in collaboration with legendary architect Bing Hu and CLB Architects, the luxury homes at Coconino Ridge will strike a harmonious balance between the region’s natural landscape and the area’s cultural spirit.

Club Cabins

Construction is under way on Pine Canyon’s new series of Club Cabins, a collection of luxury retreats that will accommodate members who may need additional space for visiting guests or who may be awaiting completion of their own home. The Club Cabins will provide three distinct living spaces in each building and at build out will incorporate four buildings. Situated between the clubhouse and Camp Pine Canyon, the Club Cabins will give guests easy access to all of Pine Canyon’s amenities. Completion is expected in mid 2017.

White Pines Vista

White Pines Vista, a village of townhomes that caters to buyers who want the flexibility of a “lock and leave” lifestyle, will include 36 luxury residences across 12 buildings when it’s completed. The two-story, three-bedroom attached homes incorporate natural stone and rustic wood, along with oversized windows to capture spectacular views of the mountain landscape. White Pines Vista will offer fully managed homes with concierge-inspired services.

Custom Spec Homes

Custom home builders are beginning to build a variety of spec homes at Pine Canyon – something we haven’t seen since the Great Recession. Vedadi Homes expects to break ground soon on a mountain contemporary home designed to take advantage of Pine Canyon’s beautiful golf course and mountain views. Vedadi Homes is also working on two additional spec homes. Meanwhile, Mountain Creek Homes is in the design review process with a custom home that is set to break ground in the coming weeks.
