Final preparations are being made for Pine Canyon’s fall home tour, which will feature a total of eight luxury listings and showcase the work of local artists over the course of two days. The homes featured on the tour, four each day from 1-3 p.m. on Sept. 22-23, offer architectural diversity and range in style from traditional to contemporary mountain homes.
Highlighting a more traditional aesthetic, one of the homes featured on Saturday includes a trio of en-suite bedrooms and views of the first tee box and fairway. The mountain retreat is positioned on a corner lot, features an open floor plan and includes an inviting deck designed to enjoy Pine Canyon’s weather and wildlife.
One of the stunning custom listings featured on Sunday offers its owners a view of Trout Creek Park as well as the convenience of being sold fully furnished. With vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace and a sizable, wrap-around deck, the four-bedroom getaway offer every luxury indoors and out.
All of the homes on the tour will feature the work of local artists, thanks to a partnership between Pine Canyon and the Artists’ Coalition of Flagstaff. Those who tour the homes will see hand-crafted candles, paintings, hand-crafted metal lanterns, decorative flowers, embellished sculptures sourced from found wood, photography and resin jewelry. And, they’ll smell the undeniably seasonal scent of cinnamon, thanks to the Mama Kneads cinnamon rolls and apple cider that will be available in one of the homes.
