Director of Food & Beverage
Born and raised on the east coast Jeff and his family relocated to Arizona in 1974 where he began his Food and Beverage career. Since then he has spent the last 30+ year in the restaurant industry as a General Manager at some of the valley’s upscale dining establishments including Dominick's, Capital Grille, Morton's of Chicago and Del Frisco's Grille. His vast and diverse experience with such top-tier restaurants has developed his attention to detail and guest engagement. Jeff is looking forward to collaborating with Chef Lapinski and the Pine Canyon team to go above and beyond in succeeding the member dining experience. Coming from nearly 40+ years in the valley, Jeff can't wait for the cold weather and removing snow!
