Pumpkins have made it to stores, not far from bags of tempting Halloween candy. It’s almost fall. And that means it’s almost the holiday season, which means the rest of this year will undoubtedly fly by. Before we all know it, we’ll be reflecting on 2018. And when we do, we will see that 2018 has been a great year at Pine Canyon.  So far, it’s been a year of healthy growth and expansion.

Throughout the year, we’ve found new ways to showcase our premium properties by integrating arts and culture into our open houses and home tours. By offering yoga, hosting a floral workshop or shining a spotlight on local artists, we’re supporting local businesses and giving our visitors a more vivid peek at what Flagstaff has to offer.

We’ve also unveiled new offerings at Pine Canyon, including a vintage caboose we are working to renovate, premium Club Cabins and our newest venture, the Mountain Vista condominiums. We believe each provides those sought-after opportunities for inspired living that we so value at Pine Canyon. And, sales within the community are on target to out-pace the numbers the community saw in 2017. In fact, sales are projected to surpass the volume achieved in 2017 by about 26 percent. When it comes to homesites, sales prices are also up about 20 percent compared to 2017.

Discovery visits, the immersive experiences curated by the Pine Canyon sales team for prospective owners, have also proven beneficial as a number these visits this year have resulted in contracts, and collectively they’ve generated more than $40,000 for the club.

The year has been fruitful, and it’s not even over yet. But, based on how the calendar flies, we’ll be analyzing (and likely celebrating) 2018 as a whole in no time.
